ONiA (Orthodontic Network in Adelaide) is a specialist orthodontist practice in South Australia. They needed a new website that emphasised professionalism and expertise and offered an outstanding user experience.
With the large majority of patients being kids, we recommended an approach that would engage adults and children alike.

Though the practice treats patients of all ages, the new look and feel needed to appeal to young children, while also displaying markers of credibility and quality for adult decision makers.
Combining design expertise with the client’s strategic vision, we created a unique style that resonated across target audience groups and challenged the status quo.
Conscientious patient care and high-quality customer service set ONiA apart from the competition. To convey warmth and friendliness, we drew design inspiration from children’s fashion, sophisticated boutique interiors, and the network’s own office outfit.
The design uses original illustrations, custom icons, visual devices and a suite of hand-drawn characters, all aimed at adding positivity and happiness to the brand personality.
These form the foundation of ONiA’s new face online.

International design publications, Creative Bloq and The Best Designs, praised the new ONiA website for its fresh take on an orthodontic brand. It also won the highly competitive Commercial category at the 2017 Australian Web Awards.
